Marley Pipe Systems has committed itself to comply fully with the new Consumer Protection Act by aligning all marketing collateral and sales approaches to support legislation requirements in order to protect not only Marley and the merchants who carry our product range, but also the consumers purchasing our products. This ensures value-added services and creates a smooth purchase and after-purchase process for our clients.

Marley Pipe Systems is dedicated to aligning its activities with an environmental policy that undertakes to reduce its effect on the environment, including where its products are sourced, manufactured, used and disposed.

Marley are committed to:
•    Improving our understanding of the effects Marley may have on the environment and looking to minimise these impacts
•    Ensuring that all staff are aware of the legal requirements regarding the discharge of waste material
•    Eliminating waste of any sort in our business in terms of materials, energy inputs and process
•    Promoting the recycling of materials within the manufacturing and office situation
•    Guaranteeing our products are free of lead and plasticisers
•    Benchmarking our performance against similar companies externally and within the Aliaxis Group
•    Complying with all the appropriate regulations and standards, and ensuring we have the necessary statutory licences

In conducting its business in all of the markets where it is active, Marley Pipe Systems is committed to:
•    Competing fairly and in compliance with the provisions of relevant competition laws;
•    Competing on the merits of our products and services, on the prices  we charge and on the stakeholder loyalty we earn;
•    Dealing fairly with all competitors, suppliers and customers;
•    Ensuring that our pricing policies and methodologies and our trading terms have been reviewed and approved by the Competition Law Compliance Officer as complying with the relevant competition laws;
•    Refraining from engaging in discussions with competitors which involve direct or indirect price fixing, fixing of trading terms for the purpose of preventing or lessening competition, market allocation or collusive tendering or which give rise to a perception of such an agreement or understanding with competitors;
•    Refraining from engaging in the practice of minimum resale price maintenance;
•    Communicating the content of this Policy to directors, all relevant employees (including contactors and agents) and stakeholders as appropriate and to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities in relation to compliance with the relevant competition laws;
•    Reporting any activity that may contravene competition laws and to maintaining and monitoring competition law compliance; and
•    Reviewing and revising this Policy regularly in order to maintain its relevance.
