Every year, Marley holds a sales conference in an effort to inspire our internal sales force to smash their 2016 targets and strategise the best way to deliver them while providing the most value to customers. This year, we wanted to focus on empowering our sales team with the ability to create solutions and make decisions to better meet the needs of our customers. All of this in pursuit of our vision to become the first choice plastic pipe supplier in sub-Saharan Africa.
The only way is UP!
The theme for the conference was ‘UP’. Why? It’s where we’re headed and it’s everything we need to get there. How? By UP-skilling our workforce, UP-selling our products, and rising UP to the challenge of taking Marley to the next level UP in the market.
During the conference, many insights on product and service innovations within Marley were shared as well as opportunities to form lasting partnerships that provide long-term impact. The aim was to create a more united team equipped with the knowledge and industry-specific experience to serve the markets in which we operate in the best way possible.
Overall, the conference was a great success and we look forward to the fruits that it will bear for both Marley and our customers.
